OUR RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us on hello@copperworkgiftcompany.com if you have any problems with your order. If you are still not entirely happy, you can return your items to us as long as you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable and unused condition - as a customer, you have a duty of care and should we receive an item back damaged or worn in any way, we may not process a full refund. Once we have received a returns request, you must ensure that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of that date the return was granted. 

DELIVERY - UK ONLY

All standard delivery items are sent by our preferred postal company and you will be supplied with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order and then a dispatch email with your tracking number once we have posted your items. Please note that all copper gifts and products from CopperWorks Gift Company are made to order and can take between 10-21 days to dispatch.

RETURNS POSTAGE

We are a small business and therefore do not offer free return postage. For your own protection we advise you to return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Upon receiving the items we will process your refund within 48 hours. Wrap all goods how they arrived with you. Made to order and bespoke pieces cannot be returned for a refund or cancelled unless faulty. Please bare this in mind when purchasing from us.
